"My parents had been with another insurance company probably close to 30 years. However, their agent retired (coincidentally, he was the father of one of my brother's classmates). My parents were transferred to another agent, and things were fine until that agent left. Suddenly, they were with a third agent, who had no history with my parents and didn't seem interested in helping the 76-year-old woman who struggles with printing emailed documents. When my mom asked to have a hard copy emailed to her, the new agent said "well, you just open it on your computer." Yes. That is true. That IS what you do. Robbie and his team stepped in, spoke with my mom regarding their needs and her concerns, put together a policy for their home and auto, and sent them a HARD COPY in the mail for my mom to spread out on the table and review.
