"My parents had been with another insurance company probably close to 30 years. However, their agent retired (coincidentally, he was the father of one of my brother's classmates). My parents were transferred to another agent, and things were fine until that agent left. Suddenly, they were with a third agent, who had no history with my parents and didn't seem interested in helping the 76-year-old woman who struggles with printing emailed documents. When my mom asked to have a hard copy emailed to her, the new agent said "well, you just open it on your computer." Yes. That is true. That IS what you do. And yes, any of us (their children) could easily have gone over and printed the new policies for my parents to review. But we shouldn't HAVE to. Consequently, since my mom was not feeling appreciated or heard, she started looking for a new insurance agent for their home & auto policies. And my parents are an insurance company's dream! They rarely make claims and seldom (once again - 30 years with the same company) shop their policies! Robbie and his team stepped in, spoke with my mom regarding their needs and her concerns, put together a policy for their home and auto, and sent them a HARD COPY in the mail for my mom to spread out on the table and review. Ultimately, my parents switched agents and companies to Robbie Anderson and State Farm. Thank you Robbie and Team for treating my parents with such consideration and respect.
